A maintainer records inspection with an organizer key - not anonymous crowd edits.
The object shows a digest of recent signed updates: who checked, when, and whether the unit is in or out of service. Full logs can stay private; the scan shows what strangers need.

Public play can help people notice boring infrastructure, but the game layer must never become the safety authority. Players discover and report; maintainers sign status.
